Drywood Termites only need the moisture present in the timber in which they feed, which do not need contact with soil. They measure about ¼ inch with pale brown colour body, Heads are large compared to their body, they often nests in woods. Drywood termites spread through Importation of infested timber such as furniture, picture frames etc.
